  1. Preorder Window:
    The Sonic Force Collection is available for preorder for a limited time only.

  2. Order Confirmation:
    Once your preorder is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation via email and WhatsApp, along with further updates on your order status.

  3. Dispatch Timeline:
    All preorders will be shipped by the end of November 2025. We’ll notify you once your pair is ready to be dispatched.

  4. Cancellations & Modifications:
    As each preorder is reserved and prepared especially for you, orders cannot be canceled or modified once payment has been processed.

  5. Delays & Notifications:
    In the unlikely event of a delay in production or shipment, our team will notify you promptly and share updated timelines.
