- We offer a 15-days exchange and return policy for unused products that are in the same condition as when they were received.
- If you encounter any issues with the size or have had a change of mind regarding your purchase, please contact our helpline (03460000128) for assistance.
- Our team will provide you with a return label and an exchange/return form upon contacting our helpline.
- Please ensure to print both the return label and the exchange/return form. Pack the parcel securely and drop it off at your nearest courier office told by our team and take receiving from them on a copy of the shared label and share it to us on WhatsApp (03460000128).
- Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product. If your claim is approved, you will receive a voucher of the amount you paid minus the shipping fee for the return (Rs. 200). Please note, in case of a damaged product, the shipping charges will not be deducted from the voucher amount.
- Please note that only sizes can be exchanged at our retail stores if the desired size is available in-store. However, product exchanges or voucher use cannot be done at our retail stores.
- The amount of the voucher will be according to the price paid at the time of the order and can be used for your next online purchase.
- Vouchers can be used any time and has no expiration date.
- A vouchers full amount is used, partial usage is not permissible.
